You can separate the DOER and DOING words from the work groups that are next to them.

 

Consider: Jack,WHO IS A SENIOR, runs.  
 What is the DOER word?Jack
 What is the DOING word?     Runs
 What is the word group?     WHO IS A SENIOR

Remember that the word groups are usually said in ONE BREATH.
