If You Know What Question WORD-GROUPS Answer

LESSON 4

Here are some word-groups. In books they are not hooked together as they are here. They are hooked together to show that you usually say them aloud without PAUSING:

at-my-school      under-the-desk      in-this-room
who-is-my-friend         where-I-live         if-you-get-tired
in-books-that-you-read         when-the-teacher-asks-you-a-question         on-TV
at-the-corner         before-my-eyes         over-the-rainbow
at-the-learning-center         in-front-of-my-eyes         at-noon

Read these sentences aloud, saying the word-groups in ONE BREATH. The word-groups are underlined. What question do they answer? Click on to check your result.
