On April 9, 1898 in Princeton, New Jersey I, Paul Leroy, a fat, chubby, bouncing baby boy was born to Rev. & Mrs. William Drew Robeson. I was the youngest of five children. I had three older brothers, William Drew, Jr., Reave (who was called “Reed”), Benjamin, and my sister, Marion. I had two other siblings who died in infancy.
